I am interested in studying technologies as lifeforms. My work falls under the rubrics of user research, human-computer interaction, and anthropology of technology. Some of the technologies I have studied include Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones), citizen science initiatives, controlled environment agriculture, and most recently biomedical atlases. I have also dabbled in speculative design. I have experience with a range of qualitative and computational methods but increasingly find myself gravitating towards ethnographic methods.
